I want to believe it's a fictional story,
First, one would have to ascertain what method of suicide she committed to indict the husband for murder. forensic test should be carried out whether truly she committed suicide or it was an accidental killing of the husband in the middle of the night....
But as it was stated in the story, if the law cannot provide proof of the murder the husband is being charged of, then the law is to be blamed because i feel for a case of murder to be established, the law or court would have to prove how the husband committed the murder (pills, rope, chocking, knife etc) but my possible guess would be that she either took pills or cut herself with a knife (which sounds like a very painful and unpractical way for a lady to kill herself) but if that is the case, the husband's finger prints might be on the knife being emotional by picking up the knife, there and then he might be indicted for murder....
wait a minute,.. F**K this shit, it's already messing with my head..
I no be FBI abi CSI agent
This life is a f**king mystery.... (make God help us all)
But on a second thought, make we for NAF no carry matter on top our head lyk say na we be the man wea dem imprison, make we leave am for God and dem CSI and kor, (I no come this blog come they sorrowful....lol, but i know stuffs like this could happen and needs to be shared, that's what makes us human  :) )
If na me sha I for pause a sec, think am well say me sef no holy like that o, so na to comot cloth and join in the "holly communion" after all, the more the merrier...lol.  Then we go know say our marriage don turn into a swinger affair, that way, I no need to they pay for hotels and the likes anymore  :D ;D

P.S: Sorry for using the F word if it offended anyone   :)

The law is at fault
1. No evidence to nail the man. Even if the in-laws are rich and connected, no good prosecutor will conclude like that ( i know this case is hypothetical though
2. What role did neighbours , children, friends and family member played in all of these. No good police will exclude previous incidences at least 2-3 months prior to that event
3. Again the law is an ass. many times over there is miscarriage of justice beyond human comprehension

He may not ve any bad intentions, but d offender won't be at rest. Another question is-was dia a through investigation?
The husband should have done what? Na the woman guilt conscience kill her. Too bad the husband was caught in the cross fire. People have rigid minds. So I catch my wife in bed with another man, am I supposed to burn her clothes or stab her to death? I applaud the man's calm reaction. Too bad our brainless police are not good in investigating some murder cases or the husband would not be on trial for murder

he might have forgiven her. she acted on impulse, possibly taking a revenge but certainly, they can't be a reason to taking of one's life. she is wrong.
